This is one of the most valuable things I’ve ever done. I’m much more effective in what I do at work and how I communicate with my children… Allows us to really enjoy our life.       —Corporate CEO

It’s beautiful to go through this course with other couples. Gratitude, love, commitment and self-discovery keep growing.

Please arrive 15 minutes early, if possible, so we can get settled and start promptly. We typically begin on time with a compelling experience. Thanks!

DRESS—Dress for comfort. Bring an extra wrap and a hat for being outside.

PILLOWS AND BLANKETS—Bring a pillow if you like extra seating cushion. Also there are times when having the extra coziness of your own pillows and blankets will be nice.

SNACKS—Snacks will be provided. If you have something by way of snacks or non-alcoholic beverages you can also easily bring, we would appreciate that. Please skip this if it is a hassle or will make it harder to be on time.

MEALS AND BREAKS—In general, we will take a 15-20 minute break every 90 minutes. Lunch and dinner breaks are usually 75-90 minutes. St Stephens (Wknd 1) has a mini-kitchen with fridge and microwave. A full kitchen is available for our use at St Ambrose (Wknd 2-3). Occasionally we will eat a bag lunch together—we will let you know in advance. Feel free to bring a lunch or other food anytime, if that is more convenient for you.

PENS AND JOURNALS—We will provide basic pens and paper. If you prefer to use a nicer pen or prefer to write in a journal, please bring these.
