Relating with Heart

Heart of Healing

for Graduates

Designed for those want to reach a deeper understanding of what caused breakdowns in the past and learn how to create healthy, growing relationships free of toxic, unhelpful or simply outdated patterns.

  • Experience deep empathic understanding of yourself and others and reclaim the full emotional richness of your life experience

  • Dissolve barriers to love and self-knowledge

  • Accelerate your capacity for intimacy and the emergence of true joy

The work is done in a safe and nurturing small group that is profoundly caring and supportive (maximum 12 participants):

  • Explore the emotions, assumptions, decisions and relationship patterns that sabotage your ability to love, trust, and realize your creative potential

  • Develop more emotional expressiveness and increase your ability to feel empathy and love

  • Restructure negative, limiting beliefs that inhibit your ability to be fully present—heal past wounds and transcend self-limitations

  • Enjoy authentic and genuine sharing with others in a safe context of emotional openness and physical closeness

"The past is not dead, it's not even past."  —Wm Faulkner
