Please arrive at least 15 minutes early, if possible, so we can get settled and start promptly. We often like to start with a compelling experience. Thanks!

This is one of the most valuable things I’ve ever done. I’m much more effective in what I do at work and how I communicate with my children… This will allow us to really enjoy our life…       —Corporate CEO

It’s much easier for me to get in touch with myself and feel my connection with others. As a member of the group I felt supported, seen, listened to and appreciated.           —Construction company owner

It’s beautiful to go through this course with other couples. Gratitude, love, commitment and self-discovery keep growing.      —Psychotherapist

DRESS—Dress for comfort. Bring an extra wrap and a hat for being outside.

SNACKS—Snacks will be provided.

If you have something by way of snacks or non-alcoholic beverages you can also easily bring, we would appreciate that.

MEALS AND BREAKS—In general, we will take a 15-20 minute break every 90 minutes. Lunch and dinner breaks are usually 75-90 minutes. A full kitchen is available for our use. Occasionally we will eat a bag lunch together—we will let you know in advance. Feel free to bring a lunch or other food anytime, if that is more convenient for you.

PENS AND JOURNALS—We will provide basic pens and paper. However, if you prefer to use a nicer pen or prefer to write in a journal, please bring these.
